Maria has lived in Philadelphia for five years, moving to the city from Manayunk, and deciding to pursue real estate after witnessing the exciting growth and expansion of the city. Like many savvy young professionals, Maria chose to live in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia providing her with the "best of both words" mentality.
Being a short walking distance to the rich night life, shopping, and restaurants while being able to remain in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by museums and a residential family community where one can escape the hustle and bustle of Center City. Having had the benefit of watching our local market unfold and a keen business background, Maria continues to ensure that The Atacan Group offers a thorough understanding of all phases of the market, while keeping a pulse on every area of the city. Maria spends the majority of her current spare time with friends and family while training for the Philadelphia marathon.
