Karoline came to Philadelphia in 2003, a ten year career in sales, with the last five devoted entirely to real estate. She brings business savvy education, proficient fluency in German, and a resident's perspective to her extensive palette of skills.
Karoline originally chose the Art Museum district for its close proximity to Rittenhouse Square and easy walking distance to Fairmount Park but has settled into Bella Vista for its tremendous growth opportunity and walking distance to nearly everything in Center City.
