After attending college in Florida, David pursued his career in Los Angeles as an market analyst for an investment firm for 7 years. Once he got the beauty of the west coast out of his system and seeing the turnaround Philadelphia was going through, he decided to come back to this roots and continue his real estate career here. He has made a niche for himself focusing on multi-property investments and the rental market.
He currently resides in the Art Museum area for its open space and charm of the neighborhood feel that Los Angeles could not offer . Now back in his hometown as a big sports fan, he enjoys taking advantage of seeing our home teams up close and personal. As an avid dog lover devotes much of his time fostering and working with rescue dogs.
